Digital Marketing Coordinator

Location: Indianapolis, IN

The Digital Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for the daily overall management and success of digital marketing campaigns. The position will perform key tasks including - managing and coordinating digital campaigns, client support & communication, and project management. As a project manager, this position will manage web projects, email campaigns, and coordinating with outside vendors to ensure client needs are met. This role includes client communication via email, phone calls and in-person meetings. Thus, excellent communication and customer service skills are required. Prior AdWords or digital experience is preferred.


Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate digital projects, campaigns, strategies with lead Account Executive direction
  • Serve as day to day contact for small business clients
  • Set up and manage paid search campaigns in AdWords, BingAds, Gemini for small business clients
  • Extract campaign data and generate client reports and provide insights
  • Execute Facebook, display, and remarketing campaigns (as needed)
  • Maintain PPC and digital marketing knowledge through constant self-education
  • Work closely with team members from other areas including agency services, web development, and creative
  • Ensure projects are completed on-time, on-budget and within scope
  • Provide outstanding customer service
  • Google AdWords Professional Certification
  • Conduct keyword research, digital media budget forecasting
  • Write and implement paid search and paid social ad copy (as needed)


BA/BS in Business, Marketing, or other related degrees
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Strong analytical skills
Ability to problem solve
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent time-management and organizational skills
Ability to quickly learn new technology platforms
Self-motivated and ability to multi-task
Demonstrated drive for superior service, internally and externally
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Strong attention to detail
Ability to handle difficult situations in a positive and professional manner
Google AdWords Professional Certification is preferred
